Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

We strive to dispatch your premium organic makhana products as quickly as possible. All orders are packed and shipped directly from our harvesting and processing center in Madhubani District, Bihar, within 24 to 48 hours of payment verification (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

2. Shipping Charges

We calculate shipping charges transparently based on destination and order weight. Standard flat-rate shipping of ₹100 is charged at checkout. We also offer free delivery promotions for specific promotional coupon configurations.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Our logistics network spans all major pincodes in India. Standard delivery times are as follows:

• Within Bihar: 2 to 4 business days
• Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is hand-off to our logistics partners, tracking details are updated in your customer portal. You can view the live progress of packed, shipped, and delivered states on your personal dashboard.
